Description & Uses

Bergamot is a favorite in natural perfumery and body care for its clean, sparkling citrus character—sweet without being sugary, fresh without being sharp. Recipe: Uplifting Blend

A simple, sunny blend for massage, bath, or natural fragrance.

You’ll need:

• 2 drops Geranium Essential Oil

• 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 2 drops Bergamot FCF Essential Oil

Directions:
Blend the essential oils with 6 teaspoons of Dreaming Earth Botanicals Massage Base (or any carrier oil). Use for a gentle massage, add to a bath, or wear as an uplifting personal scent.

Cautions

Bergamot essential oil can increase the skin’s susceptibility to burning if applied before sun exposure. This Bergamot is Bergapten-free (FCF), which reduces the risk of photosensitizing and makes it safer for massage oils and lotions—but it’s still best practice to dilute properly, patch test, and use mindful sun habits.
