Description and Uses:

Apricot Kernel Oil is a beautifully lightweight, nourishing carrier oil cold pressed from the kernels of Prunus armeniaca. Loved for its silky feel and gentle nature, it is especially well suited for those with sensitive, dry, or mature skin. This oil absorbs easily and leaves skin feeling soft and comforted without a heavy or greasy finish—making it an excellent everyday moisturizer for both face and body.

Apricot Kernel Oil is often used in facial oils, creams, lotions, and massage blends, and it makes a wonderful base for essential oil dilution. For mature skin, we especially love pairing it with 5% Rosehip Seed Oil, which adds an extra layer of replenishing support and glow.

Suggested Uses include:

  • Daily facial moisturizer (alone or blended)

  • Massage oil base with a smooth glide

  • Added to creams and lotions for extra softness

  • Gentle carrier oil for sensitive skin

  • Hair ends or scalp oil (used sparingly)

Traditional Uses: skin conditioning, moisturizing, massage oil base, gentle emollient.
