Using This Aromatherapy Blend:
Diffuser Use
Add 3–6 drops to your diffuser to freshen the air and create a vibrant, clean atmosphere.
Massage Blend
Add to your favorite carrier oil or massage base at:
2 drops per teaspoon (12 drops per ounce)
Massage into chest, back, or feet as desired (avoid sensitive areas).
Bath Use
Blend into a dispersant (such as unscented bath gel or carrier oil) before adding to bathwater. Do not add essential oils directly to bath water.
