Description and Uses:
Ginger Essential Oil is both fiery and fortifying, offering a warm, spicy aroma that feels energizing and deeply comforting. Steam distilled from the roots of Zingiber officinale, Ginger is often used in aromatherapy to support feelings of strength, warmth, and renewed motivation, especially during times of stress or fatigue.
Ginger is a wonderful oil for body care blends—particularly in massage oils designed to support tired muscles, tension, and stiffness. Its warming nature makes it especially appealing in the colder months, and it pairs beautifully with Sweet Orange for a cozy winter bath blend or uplifting diffuser recipe.
Traditionally, Ginger essential oil is also well known for supporting the body during seasickness, nausea, and digestive discomfort. Aromatically, it can be a helpful ally when you feel overwhelmed, run-down, or exhausted, bringing a sense of grounded energy and inner steadiness.
Traditional Uses: warming massage blends, digestive support (aromatic), emotional fortifying, seasonal comfort, energizing blends.
