Energize Blend is a bright, balancing aromatherapy blend created to uplift the spirit and energize the body and mind. Rosemary is traditionally known as a stimulating, clarifying oil that supports alertness and motivation, while Ylang Ylang brings a warm, balancing quality that helps soften tension and support emotional steadiness. Blended together with Petitgrain—a crisp, citrus-green oil—this formula helps promote energy without overstimulation, creating an invigorating yet grounded state of mind.
This blend is ideal when you feel tired, mentally foggy, or low in motivation and want a natural aromatic boost that still feels centered and calm. Use it in a diffuser for a bright reset, or dilute into a carrier oil for an energizing massage or body oil.
Add 3–6 drops to a diffuser to refresh the air and support clarity and motivation.
Massage or Body Oil
Dilute into any carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil or Massage Base) using:
2 drops per teaspoon (12 drops per ounce)
Massage into shoulders, neck, or feet for an energizing, grounding routine.
Bath Use
Add 2–4 drops to a warm bath (always mix into a dispersant like bath gel or carrier oil before adding to water).
