Because these chakra blends are undiluted, they must be mixed with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. To make this easy, the set includes a 4 oz bottle of Massage Base to dilute and apply your chosen blends. Prefer aromatic use? These blends can also be used undiluted in a diffuser.

To Use:

Add a few drops of your chosen chakra blend to a diffuser and enjoy during meditation, yoga, journaling, or quiet reflection.
